When you place an order for products or services through our Website (an "Order"), you are deemed to have consented to the latest version of the terms posted on our Website. If a change in law takes effect which requires us to change our terms after you have placed an Order but before it has been accepted by us, you acknowledge that the change will apply to your Order. In all other cases, the version of the terms posted on the Website at the time your Order was placed will apply.

Eligibility

We aim to make the Website and the services we offer available to all our customers. However, to use the Website, you must be at least 18 years of age, and able to lawfully: (i) make payment through one of our accepted payment methods; (ii) agree to these Terms; and (iii) enter into binding contracts with us.

Information Collected

When You use the Website, we may collect the following personal data: Your name, email address, telephone number, the address of Your usual place of residence, the delivery address, the billing address and payment card information.

Use of Your Personal Data:

• Personal data submitted on the Website will be used only for the purpose of registering you on the Website and/or to process Your order (including processing Your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing You with invoices and/or order confirmations).
• Additionally, we use Your personal data to: (i) communicate with You, (il) screen orders for potential risk or fraud.
• Your personal data may be communicated to third parties contracted with the Company (I.e. banking institutions acting as intermediaries for the payment of orders, and partners specialized in securing transactions against e-commerce fraud), provided that the Company ensures on a best-effort basis that said party do not disclose such information.

PROHIBITION ON COMMERCIAL USE

The Website is for customers personal use only. We do not provide the Website products for commercial usage. We reserve the right to decline Orders of unusual quantities and/or where we suspect commercial usage by the purchaser. We may take any steps we deem necessary, including taking appropriate legal action against violators.

Exchange and Returns

Exchange( if applicable)

Here at MÉLANGE, we value our customer's satisfaction. We always recommend that our customers review the sizing chart before making a purchase to prevent any inconvenience.

We do not accept exchanges or refunds at the moment.

Returns ( if applicable)

Returns are limited to the below criteria only:

(i) Product Defect: Fill "Exchange & Returns" form.
Claim must be submitted upon delivery. Claim will be reviewed, and Product must be verified as defected by a representative of the Company. Return approval will be sent by email

(ii) Lost Shipment: Shipment tracking must be confirmed by the shipping company that the parcel is lost.

(iii) Wrong Product: Product received that does not match with the initial order and is not available in stock.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Products may be returned only once.
Customized (made to measure), pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Delivery:

Orders will take up to 48 hours to be processed in our system.

All domestic orders and shipments (Ready to wear) will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days, pending payment authorization and verification, across the UAE region.

All international orders (Ready to wear ) will be shipped via DHL Express within 8–10 business days, pending payment authorization and verification.

Please note: Customized orders may require additional processing and production time and are usually shipped within 14–30 days.

TAXES & DUTIES:

Orders outside the UAE may be subject to local taxes, customs, and duties.
If you refuse a shipment from Mélange you are responsible for

• The original purchase and shipping charges
• Any import fees that are incurred on the package
• The cost of returning the package to Melange.

Upon placing any order and payment reception, it will be an acceptance of our shipping terms and condition. Therefore, you cannot object or reject any shipment due to unpaid duties and taxes or any charges at destination.
